Shopping Cart,
Browser Privacy Settings, and Cookies |
| |
|
| |
Q. Whenever I add an item to the shopping cart, it deletes
the item that was previously added. How can I add more than one product
to the shopping cart? |
| |
|
| |
A. The shopping cart's ability to add multiple products
depends on the privacy setting of your browser.
It must be able to create "cookies" which allow it to keep
track of the items you add to your cart.
The NicolasHair.com store
cannot control this setting,
but you can. Below is a tutorial to show how to change the setting
for MS Internet Explorer 6.x and Netscape 7.x. Other versions have
similar
ways to change the settings. The instructions are for a Windows 9.x system,
but are similar for all Windows systems and for Macintosh systems as
well. |

The shopping cart should function properly on the high setting. It
did in our tests. However, if it does not work properly for you at this
setting, try a lower setting. |
